Duly registered in 2012, the company is owned and managed by people with varied and solid educational and experiential backgrounds in business leadership management, particularly in the fields of operations, production, entrepreneurship, total logistics, and engineering.

Our core competency is the production and logistics operation of our main product, the Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB). This product is considered a 'best practice' technology intended to build durable runways and road asphalt pavements with improved mechanical performance compliant with national and international standards and specifications. PMB has been prescribed by the DPWH for airport runways, expressways, and major roads since 2016. This is also imposed by the DOTR and CAAP for the present government administration's priority airport runway projects. PMB is equivalent to performance graded asphalt binder recommended by ICAO ANNEX 14 for Aerodromes. As adopted by the U.S. FAA, it complies with the current specifications for airport projects in the Pacific Region, and military air bases in the Philippines under the EDCA project.
DelphiOil Corp. is the first, if not the only local manufacturing company of PMB in the Philippines, with our state-of-the-art processing plant and duly accredited laboratory facilities and equipment. We possess extensive experience in providing our technology, navigating and passing the tedious corresponding standard tests conducted by accredited testing centers locally and internationally. Our specialized logistics equipment ensures that our product can be transported while maintaining its properties to be consistent with quality and specifications.
